2020 Queensland state team officials (PDF, 45KB) positions have been finalised and applicants notified of the results. Thank you to all applicants for nominating, and congratulations to all successful applicants.

Conditions of appointment
All applications will be considered on merit (non-teacher officials must provide certification of holding a current Blue Card). If two or more applicants are equally qualified and suitable for the position, preference should be given to practicing registered teachers / DoE employees.
At least one of the officials appointed to each team must be a registered teacher / DoE employee.
The Queensland coach should possess at least a current Level 1 Coaching Accreditation (or equivalent)—please note some sports may require a higher level of accreditation (refer to section 6.4 of the relevant QSS sport specific competition procedures).
Sports trainers must possess at least a current level one sports trainer qualification.
All team officials must also meet any additional sport-specific criteria as listed in section 6.4 of the relevant sports competition procedures (found via the alphabetical list of sports in
sports information).
All team officials must possess a current first aid / sports medicine and CPR qualification for the dates of the championship, training and travel days.
- All team officials must agree to abide by DoE and QSS policy requirements specific to the role to which they are appointed.
